Staff was extremely rude when opening the unit. We waited at the counter for 10 minutes before the two staff members standing in front of us acknowledged us. I had to ask for the paper work and staff member said it will be sent to my email address. I didn’t provide an email and asked what email would it be sent to and requested her to update my email address. I still never received email or documentation for the unit.

Had the opportunities to run cameras back and prove I couldn’t have driven that many miles and refused to do so. Now they are and by they I mean Ms. Jaco is holding my deposit and looking for me to pay an extra 120 bucks for the extra miles that I didn’t drive. Fact is they can prove I didn’t and refuses to be helpful and do so and continued to argue with me.
