The location is just what I need
JOSEPHINE V | First ImpressionsWe were in an emergency situation. I called one of your employees I know to get quick info and instructions. She was very helpful. However, we ran into issues starting with the app and mobile check in. We were there over an hour trying to pick up the reserved truck. The location did not have a lockbox and the keys were nowhere to be found. After a couple of attempts trying to check in we finally called customer service. They transferred us to the truck share department, whom continued to assist us. Due to our emergency, we had to just return the next morning once the store was open to retrieve the rental. Upon returning, the rental had to be reversed and started over because the keys were still nowhere to be found for that particular truck. We received our rental and ended up having to get a storage because, what happened before through everything off. But, the last issue that came is the storage key cards nor pin access works at all, and has yet to be resolved to our knowledge. Although there were quite a few issues, it was the employees that assisted us that made the experience better. Terica Bell - employee I personally know and provided beginning steps and pricing Rhianna - customer service rep that helped us get past the mobile check in issues Jenny - truck share rep, that stayed on the phone with us and entered a compensation claim for the problems caused and time and money spent Antoine - morning store rep, reversed and fixed the rental truck issues Chastity - helped us get inside of storage and gave us plenty of help and useful information

JIMMIE H | Overall ExperienceThe managers, Miss Ebony Hemphill help assist me with my moving and storage needs to help get me a storage a moving truck to empty my storage the online service Sarah helped me with my dollies and everything that I needed overall U-Haul is the place to go if you have any moving storage needs is 24 access get in and out well lit safe secured very clean no problems whatsoever anytime I wanna move or storage anything I will be back at 3561 Mendenhall Rd. for my storage needs and most definitely will look up Miss Ebony she helped out a great deal and made everything smooth❤️❤️❤️🙃

JIMMIE H | First ImpressionsThe Customer service was lacking. The Staff was not very helpful in my opinion. The Staff made no suggestions to make the process easier or simpler. Just provided a service. I ended up with a storage the size of a closet that I can not use, and when I went back for assistance, the employee was of no assistance. So I decided to rent a storage from a different facility instead. There was only one person on my last trip to the store location that took the time to properly assist me and answer my question. For her, I am thankful.
