U-Haul lied and gave me $654 in fraudulent charges!!..the truck was faulty!!..charged me a bogus cleaning fee..lied and said I switch the dolly because it was yellow…and charged a gas fee even tho I put the gas tank above where it was!!…I have pictures!!!this Mendenhall Memphis tn location is fraudulent and I’m considering contacting the news about this.they even lied to my face and I showed pictures and the man got scared!!!!..

The location of the storage unit was upstairs. I didn’t know that I had to climb a set of stairs in order to get to the storage unit after I had used the service elevator to get to the 2nd floor. A better explanation could have been given by the sales rep.

The facility did have a few suspicious people as I was finishing loading my things so I hope the camera system is in good condition and working, if not, I did pay for the insurance for any inconveniences I may encounter! Enid b | Overall ExperienceFirst, your indoor storage area should have a location bulletin to explain where the storage unit is located or the agent should take their time and advise the customer of the location and how to properly get into the storage area. My storage unit is on the 3rd floor. I had to unload the truck move everything to the utility service elevator. I had six loads and then once I got to the 2nd floor I had to find the storage unit which is up 10 flights of stairs. You can imagine my frustration. No not ever again will I rent or advise anyone to put themselves through what I have experienced. Not to mention I rented a utility dolly from the same location as the truck I rented but when I arrived the utility dolly was no longer available. So, I had to drive 15 more mile out of the way to rent a dolly. I had to return that dolly back to the store I rented from. Irritated is an understatement of how I feel.
