I had to stay out of town for two extra days because they would not come in and take my lock off on Christmas Eve. When I was told they had 24 hour service. Flew in from 4 states away on my break to so this. I’ve had a storage here for almost 4 years! Always paid my bill. Never will I ever choose U-Haul again and that’s very unfortunate. The Spanish speaking ladies were the most rude individuals I’ve met in awhile. Good riddance!
