kurt o | Overall ExperienceI went to the facility because of damage from a hailstorm. They had tables and chairs set up in the loading area. There was a person that took me to my unit. He took pictures and explained the process to me. Other employees came to help. they repacked some items that were in wet boxes. I was able to use a cargo van to take some items to my house. the employees loaded the van, loaded the items i left in storage into a U-Box and discarded all of the trash. I was amazed at how organized and helpful everyone was. I will recommend U-Haul to my friends. Thank you for your help in this time of need.
