The two young men that were closing my storage account out were attempting to steal my prorated fee I was owed for 2 days short of the bill due date. They lied and said there was no prorate benefits when closing out the account so I used lie countering technique that uses a certain facial expression I have developed over time through the gathering of different advice about managing and keeping different parts of my face in optimal health and full development. It worked; just like it does usually am taking a wild guess here about the percentage of success. It is probably about 98%. The way I visually asked for the true answer to my question of whether or not I would receive prorated rental fee for my 2 day early closed account worked. The young man said no I don't get prorated fee in the first sentence, and then immediately said another sentence stating yes I do get pro rate for the early close out. I said ok there's the correct answer thank you give me my money after you calculate the amount owed to me. He then immediately lied again. He said if I didn't stop he'd call the police. I said call. I am not allowed go ahead I gave things to do and you need to hurry up and get them here so I can leave. I said enjoy telling on yourself because I will not speak. When he called I said hey it's Tyler here with them gave my license number birthdate and ss# as always. I said as you always know I am never armed unless provoked to fear, but as you all know I always have one of my Kershaw knives on me. I thanked them and said see you soon. They came and the police officervsaid after what they lied about that I had to leave, I said I'm not leaving without my money they owe me. He said if I don't leave right no he would arrest me , do I want to be arrested. I said you have not tresspassed me so I will not be leaving. I instructed the workers to calculate my money refund while the officer waited. I then had them call the manager who I know and have had lifelong personal business issues with her youngest brother. She said ok. Your money will be back on your credit card in a couple of days. They take too much time to deal with on a transaction that should take 5 minutes.I thanked the officer for his help and support through the almost botched business transaction in which I would have lost money to theives left the store then the officer followed behind.

No one was in or out of the storage unit between that time when I went to move all of our belongings out of the storage unit in April 2026 there were numerous small baggies, one even filled with a white substance, which I assume to be drugs so either someone from the storage facility was accessing my unit or someone got into my unit and continued in it for almost a year with drug paraphernalia. I did report the incident to the front desk. They said they would look into it, but I’m very uncomfortable with the fact that there were white substances all over my belongings. It caused a lot of extra work and cleaning on my end because of the unsecure and unsafe facility I would not recommend this to a friend for storage.
