JENNIFER T | First ImpressionsI accessed my storage unit in August 2025 and returned in April 2026. No one was in or out of the storage unit between that time when I went to move all of our belongings out of the storage unit in April 2026 there were numerous small baggies, one even filled with a white substance, which I assume to be drugs so either someone from the storage facility was accessing my unit or someone got into my unit and continued in it for almost a year with drug paraphernalia. I did report the incident to the front desk. They said they would look into it, but I’m very uncomfortable with the fact that there were white substances all over my belongings. It caused a lot of extra work and cleaning on my end because of the unsecure and unsafe facility I would not recommend this to a friend for storage.
