I didn’t have to lift a single item when my locker was emptied out and put in a temporary trailer. Would have been nice to have been there when they moved my items back to a permanent locker but I’m sure the logistics were crazy. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied!

Buillding is always very clean, and the air and heat are always a perfect temperature. Best part NO ADMINISTRATION FEES when you rent a space,and you get a free lock. BEST STORAGE FACILITY IN TOWN!!!!!!!!
CHARLOTTE H | Overall ExperienceI have had no problem with this storage facility until a hail storm came thru and I went to my unit and found out that I had things thrown away by the facilities staff saying they were damaged in the storm. I live out of town and had staff to move my things because I couldn’t make it to do so and wasn’t aware that they would throw my stuff away without checking with me first. I have been very upset since finding this out because it was things that were very sentimental for me. I would like someone from corporate to get in touch with me about this.
