I think I should have gotten some money back for leaving 22 days early.
Donald S | Overall ExperienceThe store Manager that was there when I rented my space. Was wonderful. Really friendly. Extremely helpful. The man that was there when I came to rent a truck, was dreadful, rude, rude, rude. I ended up having to go to another company to rent a truck. Who by the way was very friendly and very accommodating. All over having a third phone number.. which by the way nobody else wanted. Customer service. Probably should be up thing that you train people on not just look at their resume. Probably one of the advantages to actually interviewing all the people that put in applications instead of the ones that algorithms pick out. But that's just my two cents. I'm just the customer, paying the bill. And I got out of there as soon as I could because that man was rude. Unconcerned with what the customer wanted. Just wanted a fight. And when we called customer service really didn't get any kind of satisfaction at all. Our resolution came with another company.

The entrance to the facility/ security door was open, when I were arrived and I didn't see anyone inside moving anything. I closed the door and later someone did exit. Which made me uncomfortable.

Treated it like two big closets for 19 months. Also, rented two nice trucks on two different occasions. The manager and staff always provided excellent service during my many transactions. Emily was always very helpful and always had a cheerful attitude. Many Thanks and highly recommend
