After hours when checking in for first time my access was denied it wasnt really clear which boxes to use for access code. I came in to rent uhal truck next day and employee was very helpful. She gave me a card to swipe which helped immensely. The scanners need mote work with swiping. I have to swipe my card 3-5 times for it to disarm or arm
