My first time experience renting an indoor storage unit at U-haul was excellent. This is a well run company and a brand I will patronize in the future. The Parma location specifically is VERY clean, the employees are polite and quick to assist with explaining procedures or resolving difficulties. I felt very safe accessing my storage unit both immediately outside and inside the building. I also purchased packing supplies in the retail area which were reasonably priced and conveniently located. I would vote for the Parma location as one of the best businesses in Parma.

I came in to rent uhal truck next day and employee was very helpful. She gave me a card to swipe which helped immensely. The scanners need mote work with swiping. I have to swipe my card 3-5 times for it to disarm or arm
