I had trafered my stuff from another storage facility and I'm glad I did the fee was good and no hidden fees no increase every 4 month . Clean and secured. Defenitly I recommend U-haul thanks it was a great making bussiness with Y'all and the staff was friendly and very helpful .

Manager Matthew is extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. Customer service is not for everyone and he should find a new profession perhaps something where he does not have to interact with the public considering he did not seem to be having a good time. Had issues with accessing our storage unit called customer service they said he would call us and never did. Went into the store the next morning looking for some help with accessing the unit or changing units he couldn’t even look at my husband and I and just overall seemed uninterested in helping us figure out what to do so we canceled our unit and went elsewhere. He was so rude and I genuinely from the bottom of my heart hope God helps him because he is so clearly unhappy and miserable in his small life and is trying to bring others to his level. Do better Matthew or better yet get a better job where you’re not ruining people’s days and making it harder. 0/10 would never ever recommend.

But in the end I was treated well and my move out was great. Everyone that works there is friendly and eager to help… just maybe need a few more people on weekends when more people are renting trucks and moving in or out of storage.

I once had had my bank account hacked and had to cancel the payment method that I had set up with U-Haul. in my neglectfulness I failed to provide a new payment method with this location. when they heard the story and received my apology as it being simply an oversight on my part, they were so understanding and accommodating, and actually showed compassion and sympathy for what I had went through. They realize that my late payment to them was not intentional. rarely have I found businesses so willing to be understanding when a payment is late. they treated me like a valued customer the entire time I was renting a unit from them they are outstanding.
