I’m not moving out. The staff accepted a payment for Jan 22 to feb 22 and instead of processing a payment they processed a move out. I need someone with a brain to fix this situation ASAP. How do you mess up this bad?

Always pleasant attitude and help.. when my son died we had a family member want access to his unit. I was the only one to be allowed access. She had no key and when she came to get entry they had her on list and refused. She threw a fit but they had the situati8n under control. The whole family has ap0reciated their efforts.
