From the very day, the roof had a leak in the hall directly outside my unit 525B. After close inspection of my contents of the unit, I can see the water damage to my wood furniture. The staff was absolutely great! However the corporate policy of making staff at a storage unit available on major holidays such as Easter is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. In addition, having staff call regarding account balances and money due on Easter Sunday is absolutely irresponsible and disrespectful! This became the sole reason that I will never use a U-HAUL storage or any service related to U-Haul, nor will I recommend the use of anything U-Hail, and all family and friends present this Easter during the call are closing and moving out their respective U-Haul storage units and relaying the same sentiment to all they know. The corporate leadership in this company is severely lacking in its moral aptitude regarding treatment of employees and customers.
