I got charged a whole month of storage when I just needed it for 2 extra days. When I moved out of said storage I went into the building to tell them and they never did anything. I called multiple times, emailed and used the app to try to process my move out. They didn’t fix it until they tried to charge me for another month plus overdue fees when I had moved out 3 and a half weeks ago.

JOHN W | Overall ExperienceMy assigned unit was missing hardware for the latch so I called the office and they were quick to help assign me a new one. Unfortunately the door to the new one was half open, and inside there were a couple balloons, suppositories, and loose rat poison. There were also a lot of pennies scattered right outside the front. It was quick and painless popping into the office to get the unit info and lock, and accessing the yard was easy, but I was disappointed with the state of the unit and a little uncomfortable since it seemed like people had been in it when it was empty.
