The management (owner and supervisor) was always rude, impatient and behaved like as a customer, I was an inconvenience. It was a shocking and confusing experience each time and made me regret I patronized the location as opposed to another one that appreciates customers more. Owner should consider professional development to improve his customer service.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The 1st person I spoke to over the phone was Jay (I believe) and she was very kind, informative and helpful. The two other gentleman I worked with were helpful and pleasant as well.
LATAVIA M | First ImpressionsI used this storage facility for a few years, and it worked well.Sometimes the availability of carts ws lacking..The mattress carts are not so usable,(except for mattresses) and once in awhile this was a problem. otherwise, it is a good place-safe and convenient.
Ramona J | Overall ExperienceWas handed keys to the truck and heading to unload our storage unit before we were stopped and the keys were taken back. Said we were on some do not rent list despite only being here once before and paying everything. Called the number about some e alert and the woman on the phone said everything was paid already and removed whatever hold was there. Woman handling this interaction in store was just not friendly or helpful. Kind of awkward and embarrassing to give us the keys like that just to take them back in the middle of the store. Feels like that could’ve been checked before giving us the keys and delaying everything.

DIMITRY E | First ImpressionsWhen I started renting on June 30th 2024, I explicitly asked the manager at the time whether I could keep my Vespa-type scooter in the unit. The manager said yes it was no problem. There was video footage of me rolling my scooter in to the building and using the elevator. Fast forward to Oct 7th 2025 when I took my scooter out the new manager came up to me angrily and told me I could not keep my scooter there. I said okay I understood and I ended my rental right there. I asked for a refund for the remaining time, I had just paid for a month on 9/30, and they simply gave me the phone number for customer service and said I had to call them. When I did, they said I had to talk to the store because only they could refund me. I went through a whole loop and got nowhere. I complied with their policy and they kept my money unfairly. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This treatment is fully and wholly unfair. I got explicit permission when I moved in and the manager treated me like I violated policy. I would not have rented if the manager told me it was against policy and there was footage of me wheeling the scooter inside.
