Other businesses could learn a lot from this - thank you especially Destiny at the front desk who has the ultimate customer service with every person who walked in, and also the lady who toured us around to our unit ( forgot her name- curly hair and just so good at her job).

I appreciate it! The one thick I ask is to be more clear of facility entrance after desk hours. It was a scare for the usual entrance to be blocked and locked after 5pm.
