clinton s | Overall ExperienceThe only issue during move-out was that the elevator was broken and my movers had to move all of my items down the steps. It was a lot on them, but I understand the elevator was due to an issue beyond the facility's control. I've rented several trucks from that location and this time had to store stuff for a few weeks. The unit was a bit expensive, but I has peace of mind and that's all that really matters to me.

He didnt not want to hand me card that I actually put in his hand when I had to hand it back over to him. I did not know we were done, he wrote on the card left there and walked over to help another customer without saying a word, I had to ask him if we were done so I can go back to the unit, he never looked me in face he just say yea while sti helping another customer. And the elevator did not work

It was also nice to see U-Haul provide so many carts and dollies for the movers to use… my stuff won’t be in the unit for the entire month. It would have been nice to have a per diem or weekly rate option instead of having to pay for a full month. Feels like a waste of money and a missed opportunity for U-Haul.
