general manager sucks. rude, short, bad customer service. had trucks blocking entrance through the gate by the office for hours. fired or made all good employees leave. light bulb was out in my unit for months and was never fixed after telling the gm 3 times. i moved out 01-23-2026 but it wasn't moved out of the system until the day after.

They helped me with the process, however they should have military discounts or senior citizens discount. Overall, my time working with them was a success and I would use them again and again.

I counted it and the employee counted it in front of some other customers. He then ripped up the sheet that said $220 and replaced it with one that said $180! This was a cash transaction.
