I was charged for time I wasn’t using the facility. I moved out 10/15/2025 but was charged through 11/21. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
Janice K | Overall ExperienceWe were unable to close our agreement due to understaffing and a huge line. We were then charged for an additional month, despite no longer occupying the space.
Stephanie S | Overall ExperienceYour manager accused me of short changing one of his staff 40 dollars. I said you can check it on your video. I counted it and the employee counted it in front of some other customers. He then ripped up the sheet that said $220 and replaced it with one that said $180! This was a cash transaction. I’m not going to change my statement!
