Kathleen K | Overall ExperienceWe arrived to the storage around 7pm. We haven’t got information that we need an assistance to get the storage. Gladly the man there wasn’t gone yet and kindly helped us despite his work hours were done. Anyhow, when we got to our storage - it was oh a second floor. The elevator didn’t work… so we had to carry containing of 10’ car in hands… and pushing in between many doors inside. CRAZY! Back of my husband said good bye after that. In addition, we have got some extra charges. We paid in full when we picked up the car but around 20$ more were applied I don’t know for what ?! We used U-HAUL for the very first time. Not sure if we will take it again. Unclear prices, back ache … only thanks to the worker who didn’t left us alone.
Iaroslav L | First ImpressionsMy one & only bone of contention is I moved out of the storage unit on January 29, 2025. Paid the fee to have the balance of material that I left, disposed of, and I was billed $175 each month in February, March & April. I asked the gentleman / manager @ the Ballantyne Facility could be refunded or reversed and he shared they could not. Very disappointing!! Since we maintained the unit for many years. Other than the displeasure of the way the service agreement ended, everything else was wonderful. Thank you for your wonderful service, support & communication for so many years!!
