Information was not clear. I was given someone else’s receipt with personal information. I was without storage for 24 hours and had to keep the truck over night due to being misinformed that the storage was not open only during business hours, due to this I lost one day of work to complete my move…

BRIAN S | Overall ExperienceI moved out completely two weeks before the date posted on this app. The storage was great. I’ve had this storage for a couple years now. The only thing I didn’t like was I moved completely out a couple weeks ago, and U-Haul still changed my card for a payment like I was still using the storage. I would like U-Haul to reverse my payment back to my card Thank you Other than that, it’s a great place to store things
