The staff on Rodi Road is always helpful with any issues I have. I had an issue with the gate code not working and I called and had a resolution within minutes. Also had an issue with the app that was resolved almost immediately. Thanks

The only thing I didn’t like was I moved completely out a couple weeks ago, and U-Haul still changed my card for a payment like I was still using the storage. I would like U-Haul to reverse my payment back to my card Thank you Other than that, it’s a great place to store things
