When you let the people who work there know that there were men hanging out they did nothing. One time I drove up and someone looked suspicious I didn't feel it was safe to go in so I left I didn't even get out the car.

Always finding Homeless people lingering around the facility and Staff seemed to approve their presence. Overall, it served my purpose with housing my belongings but I will never use that particular location again or recommend it.

MURAD A | Overall ExperienceThis place should be shut down. I purchased a storage unit in July 2023 came to to retrieve my items a year later everything was completely damaged to a rat infestation. I have video of closing out the storage unit and a employee apologizing for the damage of my items telling me to not worry about the items and that they will take care of removing my items. Mind u I had insurance for the unit which I paid every month through auto pay. I quickly reported a claim which I was denied stating I caused my own damage 🤬 I contacted the store manager leaving numerous messages. This site is a homeless shelter people are living in the units let alone renting them. The place is disgusting I will never recommend this business to anyone. After closing out my unit I continued to be billed for the damaged property.

ALECIA B | Overall ExperienceLa manager es una persona muy atenta, lo malo es que solo ella pueden ayudar a resolver algún problema y si ella no está nadie más puede ayudar, lo otro es que no tengo acceso a cualquier horario ya que considero que si pago y tengo mi clave de acceso personal porque no poder entrar a la hora que yo necesite entrar, espero y eso cambien para poder recomendar o yo misma volver a usar sus servicios gracias
Ondina C | Overall ExperienceThe worst U-Haul storage facility that I’ve ever witnessed. They have homeless people staying there overnight sleeping in the storage units & bathroom. Staff is the worst except the Latino that wears glasses & the young man Chris. I was assaulted by a staff member and he called police on me lying about I assaulted him, thank god the Cameras work at front desk. The manager has a crackhead lady name Valerie that cleans up & tells on people about there business, she sleeps on the rolling steps at night. She thinks the U-Haul is hers & she’s super high & drunk everyday in there. There rats 24-7 & cockroach’s the big ones in the summer all in units. The manger listens to the crackhead & gave her the keys to the late payment locks which she got them stolen so it’s a breach of security! She and others smoke in building & bathroom.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS U-Haul. I recommend anywhere else in the world!!!!
