I get it it makes them more money but it was very inconvenient for us however the extra mileage to go get a different truck was waved so it worked out good yea I absolutely would rent U-Haul again 5 stars Thank you,

DENNIS B | Overall ExperienceI had the worst experience with checking into the Platteville, WI storage unit. I was assigned 3 different storage units when I reserved one. I was wrongfully charged for a month. I have yet to get a refund. The customer service rep, Mary was extremely rude when we were trying to sort out the error on their part. I do not recommend using U-Haul especially the “free” month of storage because they will charge you and act as though they don’t know why your bank account was charged.
