The customer service was excellent, and everything was excellent.
diane b | First Impressions1) Long line at facility since one employee left early. 2) Code to access door at in storage area did not work, and the remaining employee didn't have time to troubleshoot. This meant I had to switch to another (more expensive unit) as no other small units were available. 3) New unit did not include a lock as explained by the employee. At this point, the office was closed, so I had to purchase a lock on my own. Lock didn't fit well since door mechanism was bent out of shape (tested and fit other units). Purchased a second lock to finally complete move-in.
