Michael P | Overall ExperienceMany of my items had water damage (and mildew) and bits of glass on them from the unit above mine. When this was brought to the attention of staff at the time, they just offered me a dust pan. Many items were discovered to be covered in mouse droppings. Loading dock was often inaccessible due to staff/customers parking in front of it. Screen on check in/out box has been broken for several years. Price has increased continuously, while the offerings have gotten worse.

josh n | First ImpressionsOnly thing I didn't like was that yall charged my card and my things was out the storage unit before the 12th but luckily I didn't have nothing in it. I emptied the unit on December 5th and yall tried to take money on the 11th in my email my account said.

Lindsay U | First ImpressionsWhen I initially rented the unit the access to the entrance was blocked by three rows of rental trucks and I was unable to get my moving truck up ramp. I had to pay additional for my movers to walk three flights of steps with contents from a 2 bedroom apartment. When I spoke with the woman in charge she simply said haven where else to put trucks.
