The rep whom we spoke with on the phone when we called to ask for another day to return our truck because of high winds preventing high profile vehicles from traveling was very helpful understanding and accommodating. They rep also made sure to secure the last available storage unit for us. This gave us some more time on Tuesday to unload our belongings into storage without being considered late. The rep who checked us in for storage was also very helpful and friendly.

Every aspect of my experience with this place was pretty great. From moving in, to down grading to a smaller unit, to moving out. The prices seem a bit steep but everything does these days so I think I'm just getting old.
