francois g | First ImpressionsC'était ma première expérience avec U-Haul et même si je m'y suis rendu à plusieurs reprises à partir d'au moins un mois et demi avant la location d'un camion, aucun effort n'a été fait pour m'expliquer comment la location fonctionnait ou pour m'accompagner dans le processus. Pire: lorsqu'on ne se contentait pas de répondre le strict minimum à mes questions, on me donnait de fausses informations! Exemple: "Nous pouvons étendre votre période de location de 12h à 24h". J'ajuste donc mes plans en conséquence, j'arrive sur les lieux et on m'explique que je ne peux pas avoir plus que 12h tout compte fait. La succursale n'a apparemment pas de contingence non plus. Si je suis en retard sur mon heure de retour du camion, c'est la prochaine réservation qui est impactée. Je recommande fortement d'instaurer un système de rendez-vous pour les clients dont c'est la première fois, rendez-vous durant lesquels vos employés prendront le temps de répondre aux questions de vos clients, mais surtout et par dessus tout clarifier votre offre de service!! Comment ça je dois retourner des couvertures que j'ai demander à louer pour une durée indéterminée (facturées par jour jusqu'à leur retour) au terme de mes 12h de location de camion?!
