winnie w | First ImpressionsTout a été A1 à partir du moment où nous avons eu l'entrepôt mais même s'il était réservé il n'était pas disponible lors de notre arrivée, prévue en soirée. Nous avons du attendre au lendemain pour en avoir un et j'ai craint d'avoir à payer le camion loué pour le temps supplémentaire. J'ai ai été contacté rapidement le lendemain pour arranger tout ça, le premier mois a été gratuit et je n'ai pas eu a payer beaucoup plus pour le camion mais le stress vécu et la journée de salaire manquée valent plus à mes yeux et ce genre d'incident ne devrait jamais se produire selon moi.
Rose S | Overall ExperienceThe storage facility access hours are the same as the office store hours. We cannot access the storage at the hours listed on the walls and posters everywhere. It is a bit unconvenient. Nonetheless, the staff is great and offert great service. They keep fixing the errors from the Armand-Viau's other u-Haul.
Alexandre H | Overall ExperienceDe très longues files d’attente quand nous y allions et un désintéressement totale des employés. Également des heures d’accès très réduits qui m’a été très compliquer à gérer avec mes heures de bureau. Également, impossible d’appeler sur place car la ligne est toujours prise. J’ai déjà attendu 1h30 sans avoir de réponse, c’est inacceptable! Difficile de se rendre sur place car beaucoup de camion de location et peut de place pour se stationner en tant que voiture ou de camion qui allons entreposer.

Gilles D | Overall ExperienceThe staff very don’t put the customer first. Always speak between them on very innapropriate subject . The storage was full house mouse . I put in garbage the half of my stock.
Noemie R | Overall ExperienceWorst experience, there was always a line of people. The employee that served me to get my storage keys didn’t care, was looking at his phone, told me there was no storage available when I booked by phone the day before, he didn’t know what to do and didn’t try to ask anybody. When I tried to call the branch I was on hold for 20 minutes 2 times. We were there for 1h30 to just get the keys and stuff. Wouldn’t recommend at all to anybody.
