Tout le personnel rencontré à l'air bête et ils semblent détester leurs jobs. La saga est trop longue pour l'écrire mais en résumé, à l'avenir, je vais me tenir loin de U-haul

the staff does not help for a sec. the explication are not clear, we have to change 3 times the reservation time and date because the first was lost the second wasn't ''confirmed'' by the staff and the third was a not clear thngs about what 12am and 12pm ... if the website would work with 00h00 it will be much more convinient.... Sabrina was a snub and she has no ability to help a costumer. it was a real painfull and stressfull experience that i don't want to live another time...

La rampe de chargement était pleine de débris…. Le reste du camion était relativement propre. Le camion était mal aligné. La prise de possession avec le cellulaire n'était pas disponible… Et il y avait aussi un line up pour le retour.

The problem is not the location or the employes. The problem is the whole company. I had the worst client experience ever. Never again wil i do buisness with you. I reserved a truck a dolly and a dozen covers one month prior for a pick in pintendre qc. And 12 h before you guys advised me that i had to pick my truck in St-Elzear, 45 minutes from Pintendre (90min back and forth) the location opened a 9. There was no dolly and no covers. I had to buy a dolly and i dammaged some of my furnitures because i had no covers. The friends that helped me had to leave at 4 because they had something planed, we were supposed to be finished at this time but. 90 min drive to st elzear. 60 min later pick up... finding a dolly on marketplace. You know? All because of you guys.... so ask me if i will ever recomand a company that miserable? You failed! You should sell all your trucks and trailer to people that can put a real network that works. And don't tell me that i'm a one and only case. During my moving when i stop to put gaz (lucky you that i did) another of your client told me that he reserved his truck at 7 am and got it at 2pm. He was too so pissed off... Le moteur a chauffé à l'aller et au retour. L'aiguille de température du moteur était dans le rouge et l'avertisseur bip bip s'est fait entendre une bonne partie du trajet. Lors du déchargement du camion, j'ai téléphoné chez UHAUL ....c'est Jean-François qui m'a répondu en français à l'assistance routière et il m'a dit que le moteur refroidirait durant son arrêt et qu'il ne devrait pas y avoir de problème pour le retour .....il n'y avait qu'une quinzaine de Kilomètres à faire et le moteur a encore chauffé. Mon fils qui conduisait le véhicule a eu peur de ne pas se rendre. Il en a informé l'employé à son arrivée. Cela mériterait une compensation monétaire.

La dame au service n'est pas à l'écoute. Je lui disais que je ne pouvais laisser le camion à l'endroit inscrit sur le contrat car je ne passais pas par ce chemin et elle me disait que j'avais juste à téléphoner. Lorsque j'ai appeler pour laisser le camion à l'endroit sur le chemin que j'avais proposé à la dame ça prit 30 minutes avant qu'une personne me réponde et en plus en anglais. Il m'a remis en attente encore 10 minutes.

The vehicle was so dirty I parked it in the poorly equipped cleaning station and took close to 30 min to clean it, also using cloths and desinfectant wipes I had in my car (sticky and dirty steering wheel, hair on the seats, thick dust everywhere, dried liquid leaks). In spite of the (very) poor cleansiness of the vehicle I got in a time of pandemic, I would still mention it as a last resort but suggest bringing cleaning /desinfecting supplies and large tape for the hair (and other...)on the car seats.

Le véhicule était au 1/4 de plein d'essence lorsque nous l'avons pris, ce qui nous oblige à aller mettre de l'essence tout de suite en commençant. Il serait judicieux de les mettre plein en partant et de les retourner plein par la suite.

24-hour possession requires geolocation on the cell phone. Even if it is activated on the cell phone, it does not work. You should remove this geolocation from the possession process

There were used masked in the truck which wasn't really hygienic especially considering the current covid pandemic. Then the personnel did not check the status of the truck with us before departing. Finally, while we booked the pick up at one location, once we arrived there we were transferred to another dealer losing about 2 hours time and pushing back our move.

Customer service was horrendous, they rented the minivan I had rented to someone else. I had specifically asked for a minivan because of the small step, since I was moving appliances. They instead gave me a 9ft cube with no ramp saying "it's an upgrade for the same price". It was not an upgrade, as I now had a huge step and no ramp to pull the appliances in. I had also requested an appliance buggy in my rental and I had to run after one of the workers to get it because "they forgot" to supply it to me. I will NEVER recommend that location.
