Hi, beyond any doubt Mike is superb in all respect of a human being. The young lady was absolutely beyond the call of duty . At a time like this such a critical time as a matter of fact people making changes livelihood changes all kinds of changes that affect financial change to be treated so well makes you feel like you have a new start and I'm I'm so grateful with my start it appeared very complicated no one knew what was going on through the online system with my truck then a David come into play that said he was the field manager and that he would take care of everything and get it squared away and he did he got me squared away and he got me the truck I got there got it picked up got in and then on my way to the unit once I got to the unit and I was supposed to be there before 10:00 and I was then I could access the unit you know throughout them being closed already and they didn't have no recollection of any of my business with that it wasn't linked so to speak anyways that went on and on and so I was from 9:45 that evening until that following morning when Mike and the young lady have room for getting her name I don't want to miss pronounce it Shayla or something like that was here to take care of it with delays and all it through my situation at hand for the people that was supposed to help me it messed all of that up so I got really complicated and then once I did get a unit and got in then it was too late to return the truck where I was asked to return it to get my great discounts that I got and benefits that was given to me so that pretty much worried me to death so anyways just to say thank you and I'll go to work for you if you need me to peace out

CLINT R | First ImpressionsNo customer service. You have to do most of the work. They dont take you to get the equipment. You have to go out and find it. Then when you return it you have to turn it in on-line or they can charge you for using a rep. The facility was clean. The units are more expensive than most of the storage rentals in this area.

Thomas C | Overall ExperienceI really did/do appreciate my Storage. I think the owners are very kind. I remember them from my last Storage place. However, when I first got my Storage, the older gentleman that was there they were very nice very kind very helpful educating on the different storages however, now some of these younger people are lazy and rude, but I still like my unit and the facility was normally kept up real clean now there’s an odor so I get it things change people change situations change, but I don’t know. Yeah it’s stinks in there; and I don’t understand it could be somebody Storage that has something sneaking in there, but it stinks.
