Billy P | Overall ExperienceChose this facility because I could do everything online without having to take time off work and go into an office. Imagine my surprise when I show up after hours to find a lock on the unit I was assigned. Apparently "free lock" means you get locked out if the thing until you can get into the office. So now its costing me more money because I have to take time off work to go get them to undo their foolishness. Who thinks that is OK? You have MORONS working for you if they thought they'd put a lock on the door I didn't have a key to. It wasn't helpful.
