From returning the truck and renting the storage unit to getting help from the reps inside the store, it’s all been a pleasure. All U-Haul locations should strive to be like this one.
Barbra J | Overall ExperienceWe wanted a climate controlled storage unit to protect our stuff. There was a roof leak above our storage unit and nobody contacted us about it for over a month. We just discovered when we decided to stop by our unit. We went up front to ask about it and the person was immediately rude and got attitude with us. I just wanted information about what happened and if we need to worry about issues in the future since the solution was to just put plastic up. I then spent hours going through my unit to inspect for damage and put things in totes because I had no idea if the issue was resolved since the person did not help me. The plastic stayed up for months after that. We noticed it was recently removed when we went to clean out our unit. Also, I want to note that they provide carts which is great but the floors are so uneven that things constantly fall off so you have to go slow and hold on to thing
