VIRGINIA B | First ImpressionsThe main, and only, issue that I have is that the price kept going up and there was never an incentive to stay. Example, I was there for 3 years, never missed a payment, and even had it attached to monthly auto pay, "BUT" never was I offered a discount for being a outstanding customer, or EVEN A THANK YOU". I dare not tell anyone or any company how to run their business, but when customers are consistent with paying for one's services then I believe that the person/company should at bare minimum show some sort of appreciation. It could have even been so simple as a $5.00 gift card to get coffee. Better yet, a offer to the customer that if they paid 3-6 months in advance that they would receive half price for 1 month. It's the small things that not only people like, but I believe that people/companies are failing to see. Thank you for having me for the 3 years and I wish you more success. -Luther Ryals
