Kettelyne V | Overall ExperienceI've been storing my things here for about a year now, and I can't say enough good things about this place. Recently, I picked up a large load of belongings that had been shipped cross-country and realized mid-drive that everything wasn't going to fit in my current unit. While literally still on the road, I was able to log onto their website and reserve a larger unit in minutes. By the time I arrived, it was clean and ready to go — and there was even a welcome baggie waiting for me with a lock for the unit. I've used storage facilities my whole life and have never been given a lock anywhere. Unloading was just as easy. They have flatbed carts on site, so I moved everything from my rental van to my unit by myself without much effort at all. Over the next few days, transitioning my things from my old smaller unit into the new larger one was seamless — and Alycia made the switch effortless on the backend, canceling the small unit and officially moving me to the larger one so I wasn't juggling two. The facility is new, clean, and well lit, and as a woman often moving things on my own, I genuinely feel safe here. That matters. After a year of consistently great experiences, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thank you!!!!

The site manager wasn't aware of people being evicted until we were notified by email. The outside rental people all have equipment that can't just go somewhere else due to size. Outdoor storage is a must for large trailerable boats, RVs and outdoor equipment.

I appreciate the service of the staff, and willingness to accommodate my needs. During the year I no longer needed the large unit and switched to a smaller one, and had no problem doing so.
