Theresa M | Overall ExperienceItems left outside my storage bin, which I thought my son might’ve done. Got a phone call from them saying that if it wasn’t moved, they were going to throw it away when I found out My Son did not leave anything outside our storage space I went in on a Saturday to find everything was gone so I assumed that they threw it away which is not my problem. Then the following week I get a bill for $28 charging me for another storage bill stating that they put all my stuff in another storage and I had to pay and if I didn’t pay, I would be locked out of facility And kept away from my actual storage bin that has been paid to date. I will never recommend anybody go in there just order their stuff and be put in the same predicament I was they’ve ripped me off almost $30. Then when I paid it, I went to see exactly what was in the storage bin and told the lady the stuff wasn’t even mine to throw it away or find out who else it was. I would like my refund for that storage bin that wasn’t my responsibility.

rocio w | First ImpressionsA little over priced. Would actually like to pay the advertised price instead of the $25+ more in additional non-optional fees/services. Signed up cause 69.99/ month sounded decent for the size. But then you add in the taxes, fees, and insurance and that $70/month unit now turns into a $100/month unit. The insurance is a scam. Why do we pay U-Haul to keep our stuff safe and secure but then also have to pay for insurance incase they don’t? Should U-Haul be responsible on that end?
