I’m an 11 year customer with the same unit. The local staff was very helpful off prairie hill road, but my unit was two miles away, and once Uhaul bought them out I saw changes for the negative. Terrible customer service after hours and communication was exhausting. Uhaul has increased my pricing 22% each year and provided much less support for my issues over the 11 years. $12,000 dollars later, atleast they let me keep the lock. Never again. Please note that the nearby storage unit had an office and they were excellent. I would love a refund, but it’s a month to month choice I made for 132 months the.

DWAYNE A | Overall ExperienceThe website it said you would get your first month free which was a lie. That they don't do that anymore. I would have never went to this storage unit center if they didn't honor what was on the website. It was 1000% false advertisement.

The billing was AWFUL, I would pay months in advance and every time for YEARS they would give me a late charge with a late billing statement. If an attorney was ever involved I would definitely be compensated. I moved out of state and had to get a storage unit again and it was NOT with Uhaul. I rented a truck and it was NOT with Uhaul due to my storage experience.
