The local staff was very helpful off prairie hill road, but my unit was two miles away, and once Uhaul bought them out I saw changes for the negative. Terrible customer service after hours and communication was exhausting. Uhaul has increased my pricing 22% each year and provided much less support for my issues over the 11 years. $12,000 dollars later, atleast they let me keep the lock. Never again. Please note that the nearby storage unit had an office and they were excellent. I would love a refund, but it’s a month to month choice I made for 132 months the.
