My only negative comment about this place is when I vacated the premises, and had let uhaul customer service know, and was in good financial standing and upto date on payment, they wanted to charge me a fee for use of the unit when I wasn't even using it anymore. I promptly emailed this location the entire conversation history between myself and the uhaul customer service after hours agent who had told me he'd alert them i had vacated but this location still wanted to charge even after my cleaned unit was vacated and my lock was removed by myself. This is unethical and I don't believe it's legal to charge someone for a goods or service they are no longer receiving. The unit is secure and my belongings were safe here. The staff was friendly when I signed up for the unit and I had no reason to contact them other times.
