In other words, they take pride in making sure you receive excellent customer service. The employees are very professional and treat you with respect and kindness. This U-Haul facility is always offering good deals. Their rental prices are affordable and they offer one-month FREE rent on your storage rental. In addition, your storage unit is in-doors, inside a protected building and under controlled temperatures to keep your personal possessions protected too. Their front office staff, manager, and assistant manager are all kind and treat you with the upmost respect—they always go out of their way to help their customers. Their managers are very understanding and will accommodate you to the best of their ability. Their management team are very intelligent and smart and always “thinking outside the box” in their efforts trying to help and accommodate you. I never met such hard-working employees like those at U-Haul in Roseville, Michigan. They take pride in what they do for their customers. Therefore, I highly recommend this U-Haul facility when you need this kind of service because they provide multiple types of services to help customers moving in-state, out-of-state, or just locally. Like I said, they really, really care about their customers. It’s all about customer satisfaction!

When I called the staff was extremely rude so I got my stuff out because I was afraid they were going to lock me out. When I went to the office to tell them I had moved out there was two ladies working both engrossed in the phones and then got rude because I was bothering them.
