dwayne G | First ImpressionsThere needs to be a paperless option for billing notifications. I didn't need the email, phone calls, text messages and the letters when my payment was late. I got an email, a text and a phone call when it was only 1 day late. But I understand the business need. That's the only thing I didn't like, otherwise if I need another storage unit I will be back.

Gary R | First ImpressionsI did not feel safe all the time. The key card should be used to allow you into the facility. Not to simply 'check in' to avoid an alarm....that no one responds to. The alarm went off more than once every time I was there. Any one can walk in and walk around at anytime. There were at least two people living in the facility during my year and a half rental.
