Kenneth S. | Overall ExperienceP search facility says it is climate controlled, but when I got my queen mattress out and box springs, my triple dresser, and other furniture items there were mildew all over it, also the facility said it had pest control, yet in my storage unit there was a hole chewed in the corner, were mice or rats were in my storage unit, I had rat feces and mice feces all over my furniture and my bed that I had to throw away. I have pics of everything. I will be contacting corporate. Also down the road where they have the U-Haul office and supply center, the help it's less than adequate, and the last time I went in, they had one girl behind the desk with 12 people waiting. I would recommend anyone to put their belongings in your storage facilities, or deal with the office.

The only problem was that the large door would not automatically open from the inside all the time and that was frustrating, but everything else wad great! Staff was wonderful, helpful, and kind!!
