The staff at this location, and the GM, have been absolutely wonderful over the past 4 years to work with! They were always so kind and helpful with me and my son during his time at NMMI. They have been absolute lifesavers for parents and students and especially with the flood last year. They were always in communication with us and took amazing care of his property during this. We did not have to worry, especially living out of state, because we had trust in the facility and the staff! Great job all around!!

Ernie is super friendly and helpful. I used that unit for almost two years and during the flash flood Ernie kept me informed. All my things were fine. When I moved it all out everything was in perfect condition . I had peace of mind knowing all my belongings were just fine.
