Storage at U-Haul is the only thing that is right with this company!! NEVER again will I use U-Haul when moving! I was repeated lied to but they claimed it wasn't a lie just business. Horrible company!! I went with their competitor Penske, got a better truck and car hauler!!
SUSAN C | Overall ExperienceMy biggest complaint about everything is that their call service was acting up and running me in a circle when I would call in to make a payment these past two months, when I followed its directions it would just start over instead of directing my call, but the rest was probably the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility.
