Olga B | Overall ExperienceI had precious paintings in the storage and your facility is SUPPOSE TO BE CLIMATE CONTROL. EVERY TIME I WENT TO MY STORAGE UNIT THE AIR WAS HOT! SWEAT POURED OFF MY FACE IT WAS SO HOT! I WENT INTO YOUR OFFICE/RECEPTION... THE AIR WAS FREEZING AND THE SIR WAS FORCED SO STRONGLY IT WAS LIKE WIND BLOWING!!!! NATURALLY I COMPLAINED TO YOU ONE AND ONLY EMPLOYEE. NEXT TIME I WENT THERE TO MY STORAGE UNIT THE AIR WAS STILL WARM. SINCE I WAS THERE TO REMOVE MY PAINTINGS FROM YOUR LACK CARE I DID NOT MENTION THE HEAT IN THE STORAGE AREA ALTHOUGH SWEAT WAS POURING OFF MY FACE RIGHT IN FRONT FO YOUR EMPLOYEE . 1.
