Staff was so nice and helpful. It made my stay so wonderfull. The unit and building is new and clean. Great loading area! Large lot to easily turn around. People and family are 10+!!!

Liliosa S | First ImpressionsPre-paid for 2 months of storage … Less than a week later before I moved I single item into your facility… I get a call from a very bossy lady… Telling me I need to get locks asap!! There’s NOTHING IN IT!!! Then I wanted a 10’x10’ and they gave me 2) 5’x10’s. I preceded to tell the rude lady that… and she even got more rude!! I fired your company immediately and still got stuck with 150 cash bill!!! I will NEVER use your company and I will definitely tell everyone I know to avoid this location!! I own my own business and have for over 20yrs … I’ve never talked to a pre paid customer like that!!! And they took the 150 for the whole month!! Without me ever actually using the facilities!! Good luck She needs a new job…. The reason I’m moving is because of a bossy woman just like her … the entire reason I needed a storage locker!!
