Would like to Thank Lawana for her kindness and help when I initially checked in a year ago...A difficult year of loss and she was so helpful, reassuring and just kind! It meant so much to me and she is an asset to U Haul for sure. Moving is very stressful and her energy and understanding was truly appreciated. Everyone there was always so nice and helpful whenever I checked in. Tempest helped me as well and she was great getting me checked out. The Hill location was accessible, clean and will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks so much!

ERICKA A. | First ImpressionsThe rate of 65.00 a month for my 5×5 is too much , being I'm struggling to gain my life back was unlawfully evicted no reason after two yrs lost job but returned im trying to find some to live on a limited budget what's in my space is last of my life I can't loose I wish after paying for some months can u drop it down some like by15 or20 this would greatly help these last two months I've been late paying 65.00 a month and I can barely get there location it's convenient and would like to move it to another of your locations that's near my job whichwoukdv. Help and not being able to rent a truck with my debit card to which is how my job pays it so not accepted but I have the money on it to cover the rental and deposit off the hundred so that I can utilize everything U Haul can offer it's customers. Thank you for your time. But other then that I rate you at the highest.
