The reason I’ve given the overall experience a two star is because I was locked out when first moving everything into the unit and was still signed in so for my access to enter being denied was very upsetting since I had my phone, keys, and jacket upstairs. This was the worst feeling and to top it off my unit door was open, I had two flatbed trucks loaded and pushed just inside the automatic door from the drive in loading dock I had a few other items inside as well, along with a few items on the loading dock and I wasn’t able to finish moving in and had to wait until 5 am and hope that all my belongings was still there. And I wasn’t able to return the truck that same night because my phone was locked inside. This was the only major disappointment so far. Why I’m not giving it a one star is because the manager is very helpful and was able to help me with my payment issue, was incredibly patient with my late arrival. And finally the overall cleanliness is pretty good if it wasn’t for not being able to secure my belongings I would’ve definitely given my experience five stars

DAWN M | First ImpressionsI have always used UHaul for my moving equipment rental needs and finding mover help. This was the first time I needed to use UHaul storage. I was/am really impressed. I had my home items stored at UHaul for over 6 months. The was always super helpful with using / accessing my unit. I couldn't believe how clean the unit was and the temperature control was really good especially during the summer months. Thank you!

One of the female employees saw me loading my vehicle alone and came out to offer to help me. I seriously love the staff at this facility. Chuck and the woman (I didn’t catch her name) were always offering to help in any way they could. Highly recommend this facility!
