Pre-paid for 2 months of storage … Less than a week later before I moved I single item into your facility… I get a call from a very bossy lady… Telling me I need to get locks asap!! There’s NOTHING IN IT!!! Then I wanted a 10’x10’ and they gave me 2) 5’x10’s. I preceded to tell the rude lady that… and she even got more rude!! I fired your company immediately and still got stuck with 150 cash bill!!! I will NEVER use your company and I will definitely tell everyone I know to avoid this location!! I own my own business and have for over 20yrs … I’ve never talked to a pre paid customer like that!!! And they took the 150 for the whole month!! Without me ever actually using the facilities!! Good luck She needs a new job…. The reason I’m moving is because of a bossy woman just like her … the entire reason I needed a storage locker!!

I was told by the young man who took care of the transaction that he could not do anything about it ,that I would have to call the manager ! That was an inconvenience for me , and $144.00 that I didn’t have to pay ! Not happy !
