Michael B | First ImpressionsI had a frustrating experience with the unit tracking at this facility. I booked a 10x15 unit but was shown five different units that were all already occupied. This suggests a lack of accurate oversight on their part. Although the staff was helpful, I was forced to temporarily move into a smaller 10x10 unit, which is a significant inconvenience.
