EDWARD W | Overall ExperienceStorage unit and trucks were great, and the staff were very helpful, when available. There were a few times that there was one staff there, and phone calls were not answered or long waits at the counter. Also, given that we could not back the larger trucks all the way into the doors, we had to be a bit more cautious climbing the ramp while loading, and the alarm for the doors went off continuously, which was quite grating. Kelly did disable the alarm on multiple trips for us to move in quiet.
