PATRICIA S | First ImpressionsThe prices were not what I was quoted for storage unit or truck rental . Uhaul ereased my reservation for storage and I was told they would waive additional day charges for truck because I had the delay through no fault of my own. Employees were very professional.

Next day when I went back as instructed by email the closing Mechanism worked perfect. Also I wasn’t explained the proper procedure to enter and leave the facility the first time by a very nice young employee. The second time a nice young lady explained well I am fully satisfied

Yesterday Monday, around 1pm, a very nice young man ( he is blond, tall and thin) help me and gave me all information I needed it. Sometimes this process of moving and opening/closing storages can be a bit overwhelming but he made it smoothly as possible! Thank you!!!!!
