How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere were a lot of homeless that hung out by the front gates for the first few years we had this storage unit. I was uneasy going there by myself since entering the gates involved exiting the car. But this was not a problem the past year - not sure where they all went - and according to posted signs by U-Haul, remotes were made available to open the gates. We always found the place clean and very functional. The gates worked well and everything was as expected with the unit. I would recommend these units.
