I can’t remember the young ladies’s name, but she was so wonderful and nice and went above and beyond with helping meet my needs of my storage abilities. I mean, walked all the way back there showed me how to do everything Correctly, checking in my trailer she was just spot on my wife and I have rented a lot of U-Haul‘s and a lot of storage through U-Haul and I have to absolutely be honest this was the best U-Haul facility out of every single facility we’ve ever dealt with in different states and even all of Georgia. and I was looking on my storage contract to see if I can find the young lady who had helped me, but I do know that she had a bright smile. Very nice to my wife and I and she had a baseball hat on and shoulder length hair and she was wonderful. I appreciate everything.

That was not thirty days that the Uhaul associate had told me. I lost everything and I was well within the time that I had been allotted. How do this company fix this

Gail A | First ImpressionsOur camper was stored in area that was covered, gated and well lit with security for over 4 years. We were issued a fob and we could come and go at our convenience without any issues. We had automatic deduction for payment and always correct. If price was increased, we were always notified in advance in writing. I would recommend U-Haul above all others.
CAROL N | Overall ExperienceI had several cars there for many years ,there were times when the security gate would be broken for months and there were no lights in the back RV section at all anyone could steal or damage anyone's property ,I had a car cover stolen and friends had bicycles and other things stolen , overall it was good but the rate increases were happening more often and no notice given just show up on the due payment, things started to improve recently with more help from employees but I needed to move on as it felt like my payment was coming around faster every month and it wasn't worth it to me anymore and I lived farther away and didn't want to travel that distance any longer.

SHAUNTA W | First ImpressionsUnfortunately the units themselves were dirty and run down. We rented a climate controlled unit. At check-in, the ac unit for our building was extremely dirty and water was steady dripping from it.There was a stream of water running through the unit. Not what I wanted from a climate controlled unit😬. I do have pictures if anyone would like to see them. The staff were very nice and helpful. The move in and move out was very easy. The billing cycle of U-Haul was SO much easier than other storage places.
