My storage unit has a leak and damaged some things and they gave me a free box to replace the damaged ones, but I also felt like I should be getting a discount on my rate or a discount for the a new unit

Bobby L | Overall ExperienceThere are multiple issues with the locking system on the doors there so I had to go in to the office twice and lady had to come with me to get in. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The slots to slide access cards to get into unit area are not working, was told that rain got into them and they would need to be replaced/repaired. I’m shocked. The storage area is smaller, drab and unkempt. This facility has changed a lot. I was given good perks but they need better upkeep. Would I recommend? They need to do better.
