They were not open to working with me. As a result, the missed alot more business and recommendations. Ive rented often over three years and tried to go in and pay for the days I went over. Id hit a rough patch of road ... down on my luck hit a deer totaled my only ride I had and dont get around well. Anyway, I didn't rent a uhaul AND Im sure collections will hit me next. The staff up front seem to spend a lot of time having side conversations, and no sense of urgency assisting customers. You have to grab your patience for this location. I’ve had other units before at different storages. I feel like this one could use more air circulation+ pest control. A few roaches were crawling on my items. However, my items remained safe. Thanks

The month free storage provided time, added relief to, and gave me opportunity to organize my stuff without being overwhelmed by "too much too fast" piled into a smaller space. All staff was courteous polite and extremely helpful every phone call to help me with every question and excellent customer service.

I mean, walked all the way back there showed me how to do everything Correctly, checking in my trailer she was just spot on my wife and I have rented a lot of U-Haul‘s and a lot of storage through U-Haul and I have to absolutely be honest this was the best U-Haul facility out of every single facility we’ve ever dealt with in different states and even all of Georgia. and I was looking on my storage contract to see if I can find the young lady who had helped me, but I do know that she had a bright smile. Very nice to my wife and I and she had a baseball hat on and shoulder length hair and she was wonderful. I appreciate everything.

That was not thirty days that the Uhaul associate had told me. I lost everything and I was well within the time that I had been allotted. How do this company fix this
