Timothy H | Overall ExperienceGreat facility and awesome staff made our stotage rental easy. However, there was a large amount of white powder, which looked like flour but was probably some sort of pesticide, sprinkled all the way around the entire inside perimeter of our unit. I have no idea what the powder was, we were not told about this prior to rental. We had to put down blankets to protect our stuff and to keep it from going airborne or getting on our shoes, and when we moved out I had to throw all the blankets away. I don’t have a problem with the rodent bait cubes placed in the corners, but the powder definitely affected our use of the unit and I'm concerned about what it was. There has to be a better way to control pests, and if not, it should be disclosed prior to rental.
