Chad S | Overall ExperienceMy experience was an absolute nightmare. I had the storage unit for a week and got rid of it because of how unprofessional this facility is. I was only able to put one car load of my things in the storage unit before being locked out of the building. I attempted to call and text the general managers number that’s listed on the building and never got any kind of response. Then they decided to lock me out of my storage unit with an extra lock because the housekeeper decided to. No one contacted me about an extra lock being put on the storage unit I rented. When I went to try and talk to a manager during business hours, Collin strout (alleged manager) mansplained a lock to me and told me “if you want to move out, go ahead” and proceeded to refuse to give me a refund after move out. The management at this location is a joke, the door codes they give you never seem to work, and you get belittled when attempting to rectify the situation. Avoid this place like the plague and save yourself the headache.

tiffany g | First ImpressionsOnly complaint (more of a minor issue than a complaint) I have is that the big automatic door to access the storage rooms was broken and wouldnt open. I wouldnt even mention it it wasnt for it being broken for the entire 6-7 weeks that I was renting the storage room. And there wasnt a sign on it to let people know it was broken. It sermed like everytime i was there, a fellow customer was trying to open it. Very minor inconvenience, and there was actually 2 big garage doors located very close to broken door, that I was able to pull my car inside to load/unload. Thank you.

And instructions for best door to use or how to enter the building, arming/disarming the alarm would have been helpful information to include in the initial email or a sign somewhere or something.
