I had a good experience with this storage company, however when I went to pick up my items out of storage the facility smelled HORRIBLE! It smelled like dead mouse or rat was in the building. I inquired about it and Stephanie stated that it had smelled like that for a few WEEKS! A FEW WEEKS IS INSANE! As a result all of my furniture and clothing smelled like A DEAD RAT! That is UNACCEPTABLE! They didn’t offer a discount or anything. Literally EVERYTHING had that horrible smell. If I hadn’t picked up my things I would’ve never known.
