JANET g | Overall ExperienceWhen I got there to move my stuff into my unit, there was a lock on the unit. And I had brought a lot of stuff up to put into the unit. I had to leave my things there and go downstairs to see if there was some type of mistake. The employees forgot to take the lock off of the unit. As the previous renter was no longer renting it, I had to sit and wait for them to find an available unit. And then move everything in which delayed my process in turning in the truck at the same facility.
