Angela W. | First ImpressionsI came to the storage unit that I had gotten on 729/23 to unload the truck that I rented from South 6th Street Springfield Illinois and I cannot unload the truck that is due by 7/30/23 at 7:00 p.m. I am here and have no access to the storage unit I don't know what to do I'm waiting on a call back

Always made my transactions easy. I’ll continue to use in future when needed. The 6th street location is Springfield, il is where I do business.

Employee had an attitude with me because of problems the store had like no cash in the drawer, and the pinpad not working properly when I swiped my card. I was never asked if I had a preference on where I wanted my storage and was just placed into one that was most convient for her to get me out the fastest. Ended up on the 2nd floor where I had to manage my couch and bed through a narrow hallway. I'm pretty sure she was just having a bad day but no reason to act the way in customer service.
